Step 1: 00:00 on Jan. 20 to 23:59 on Jan. 31 EU Server Time
Login to the event page to reserve for gift pack.
Step 2: 00:00 on Feb. 1 to 23:59 on Feb. 20 EU Server Time
1) Create a character in the new server;
2) Login to the event page to claim the gift pack;
3) Go to NPC "Reservation Envoy" in Twin City (428, 367) .
4) Receive your gift pack from your in-game mailbox.
